A chocolatey pudding delight perfect for a valentines dinner
54g cacao butter
1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of small orange or clementine
3/4 orange slices or 1/2 clementine
1 TBSP orange juice
2 TBSP maple syrup
1 large avocado
Pinch of natural salt
75g cocoa powder
Melt the cacao butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract over a very low heat. Once melted set aside.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender until mixed thoroughly. * Note that the cacao butter mixture will solidify quite quickly, if this happens place the mixture bowl in a bowl of water to soften and then blend again.
Add the melted mixture and blend until smooth and fully combined.
Pour into serving dishes and top with nuts of your choice.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
