These bite sized chocolate morsels are a fantastic replacement for a fruit and nut bar. They have minimal sugar, no added nasties or hidden ingredients yet taste delicious. Perfect for Christmas entertaining!
1 handful of raisins (preservative / added sugar / oil free)
100g 75%-85% dark chocolate
Preheat the oven 150 degrees C.
Spread the almonds on a baking tray and toast for 10-15 minutes, turning half way through. Remove and leave to cool.
Break up the dark chocolate and melt in a double boiler.
Once melted stir in the almonds and raisins.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spoon clusters onto the sheet, making as big as small as you like.
Sprinkle half with sea salt and place to set in the fridge.
Store in the fridge for 3-4 weeks (if they last that long!).
